Private investigator Paul O’Sullivan and his former assistant Sarah-Jane Trent are expected to appear before Parliament’s Ad Hoc committee on Thursday morning.
It will be O’Sullivan’s third appearance before the committee.
Meanwhile he has apologised to the committee for walking out of its hearings last week.
There was drama when O’Sullivan abandoned his testimony saying he was rushing to catch a flight.
He has been accused of infiltrating the police watchdog Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID).
The committee Chairperson Soviet Lekganyane confirmed O’Sullivan’s apology.
“Honorable members, we have received an apology from mr paul o sullivan, we have circulated the apology with you. he is apologising for what happened during the proceedings last week.”
