He extra claims that investigations established that although the land title is registered in the names of Makerere College, the upright and bona fide occupants of the kibanja had been Janothan Masembe, Bulasio Buyise, G. Kagimu and Samali Namboga, as confirmed in a 2015 court judgment by then High Court think Alfonse Owiny-Dollo.
Lumumba says the bona fide occupants later supplied their kibanja passion to Pastor Walugembe, and the 2015 ruling confirmed their pursuits as rightful kibanja holders.
Following the judgment, the folk who had supplied their pursuits allegedly returned and began trespassing on the land, sparking yet another court dispute. The subject became later resolved via consent judgments whereby they agreed no longer to step on the kibanja again.
Lumumba also instructed the court that Pastor Walugembe sued him over the same property. After admitting that Walugembe became his rightful landlord, the two entered into a consent judgment and the case became withdrawn.
“As I became planning to sue Dr Ntwatwa to recuperate the money he fraudulently and illegally obtained, I realized on February 13, 2026, whereas on the Kawempe Chief Justice of the Peace’s Court, that Dr Ntwatwa had filed more than one tiny claims instances against me on the Buganda Road Chief Justice of the Peace’s Court at LDC,” Lumumba said.
He added that on June 26, 2025, a default judgment became entered against him, which he is no longer easy and looking out out for to comprise reviewed.
