KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi has lodged an utility for an interdict in opposition to the owner of a security firm in connection with alleged defamatory statements.
According to court docket papers, Calvin Mathibeli accused Mkhwanazi of being immoral, occupied with unlawful killings, and being captured by deepest pursuits.
